BOFFO IS A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT PRESENTS INNOVATIVE & EXPERIMENTAL ART & DESIGN. Our initiatives include artist residencies, digital commissions, and the creation of spaces, experiences and exhibitions.

The mission of the Fire Island Pines Arts Project, a non profit organization, is to be integral to the creative life of our community and to aspire, though the production of accessible quality performing and fine arts events and activities, to reflect and encourage our community’s cultural vitality.

Established in 2010. We are a recognized not for profit working towards creating an ongoing presence in the community through events that help establish and grow our internet site devoted to the history of Fire Island Pines.

BaBEC develops and implements initiatives and activities to promote Black and transgender equity as well as a sense of belonging among LGBTQ+ Black people and all people of color in Cherry Grove, Fire Island Pines, and surrounding areas.

The Cherry Grove Archives Collection is dedicated to the preservation of the social, political and cultural history of the LGBTQ(S) community of Cherry Grove, Fire Island, NY.
